Families and Friends of Troop 688: As previously announced, Mr. Barry Ryan will be the new Scoutmaster for Troop 688 effective January 1, 2009. With the end of the regularly scheduled meetings for this month complete, we have finalized the turnover of all duties. Going forward, please direct your Scoutmaster related questions directly to Mr Ryan. It has been my sincere pleasure to have held this job for the last three and a half years. I especially would like to thank the other adult leaders. They were the fuel that made the engine run and without them I could not have made it. I am not entirely leaving, but rather taking on a role I have had in the past, that of an Assistant Scoutmaster.
